The Woodstock Summer Concert Series opens its 2026 season Saturday, May 9, with a lineup that stretches from arena rock nostalgia to contemporary country, five shows spread across five months at the Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater in downtown Woodstock. All shows begin at 7:30 p.m. The series is presented by Carriage Kia Woodstock.
Kicking things off is the Black Jacket Symphony, a nationally touring ensemble known for its note-for-note, full-album concert experiences. Their May 9 show recreates Bon Jovi's landmark 1986 album "Slippery When Wet" in its entirety, "You Give Love a Bad Name," "Livin' on a Prayer" and all, complete with full orchestration and period-accurate staging. It's one of their most popular productions, and for good reason: that album defined a generation of rock radio.
Country star Carly Pearce follows on June 13. The Kentucky-born singer-songwriter has built one of the more compelling careers in Nashville over the past decade, earning multiple Country Music Association Award nominations and scoring hits with "Every Little Thing" and "29." Her appearance gives the series one of its strongest contemporary headliners in recent memory and should draw fans from well beyond Cherokee County.
Midnight Star takes the stage July 11. The Pop 2000 Tour lands Aug. 8, bringing a traveling nostalgia experience built around the pop hits that dominated radio in the early 2000s, the kind of songs that residents who came of age in that era will know by heart.
The season closes Sept. 12 with Face 2 Face, billed as The Elton John and Billy Joel Tribute Show. The act has toured extensively across the country, recreating the feel of the legendary joint tours that Elton John and Billy Joel conducted through the 1990s, a pairing that remains one of rock history's more unlikely and beloved partnerships.
Taken together, the 2026 lineup reflects what the Summer Concert Series has become over the years: one of Cherokee County's signature warm-weather traditions, a reliable anchor on the community calendar that draws residents from across the region. The mix of tribute acts and touring artists keeps the programming accessible, these are shows built around music people already love, while the outdoor amphitheater setting gives each night a communal feel that ticketed arena shows rarely match.
