New Art Exhibition 'Illumination' Opens Friday in Woodstock

The showcase explores the compelling relationship between darkness and light through the end of February.</p><p>According to the exhibition announcement, the collection presents the ways that light reveals and shapes the surrounding world. The show focuses on the "subtle but compelling" interplay of shadow and silhouette. The exhibition is scheduled to remain on display from Jan. 9 through Feb. 28.</p><p>Cynthia Nourse Thompson serves as the curator for the exhibit.
