Holiday Market and 'A Christmas Carol' Arrive at Woodstock Arts
Weekend festivities include a theater opening and the annual Winter Wonderland on the Event Green.

<p><em>Woodstock Community News| Woodstock, GA</em></p><p>Woodstock Arts is set to launch its holiday programming this weekend, bringing a classic theater production and a festive community gathering to the downtown area. The events begin Friday and continue with a full day of activities on Saturday.</p><p>The production of "A Christmas Carol" opens on Friday, marking the start of the seasonal schedule. Brian Gamel, Managing Director for the organization, announced the lineup which brings holiday and winter cheer to the venue.</p><p>On Saturday, the annual Holiday Market and Winter Wonderland will take over the Event Green from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The day-long event offers residents a chance to shop from local vendors and enjoy scheduled entertainment throughout the day.</p><p>In addition to shopping, the market will feature special guests including Santa. Organizers noted that puppies will also be part of the festivities, adding to the holiday celebration on the green.</p>
