The Cherokee County School District recognized Dr. Susan Padgett-Harrison, who represents District 7 on the Cherokee County Board of Education, during School Board Appreciation Week.
The district used the occasion to spotlight its elected board members and their commitment to students. CCSD described the board as "laser focused" on ensuring students are "learning more, growing more, and achieving more in our classrooms than they could anywhere else."
Dr. Padgett-Harrison serves District 7 on the Cherokee County Board of Education, which governs a school system that includes Woodstock and communities throughout Cherokee County.
