Cherokee Schools Hosts Virtual Job Fair for Special Education Roles
District officials aim to fill teaching and therapy positions for the upcoming school year during the Jan. 29 online event.

<p><em>Woodstock Community News| Woodstock, GA</em></p><p>The Cherokee County School District (CCSD) is seeking to expand its Student Support Services team for the upcoming academic year through a virtual job fair scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026. District officials are recruiting qualified professionals for various special education and therapy positions.</p><p>Open positions include roles for school psychologists, speech language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, and sign language interpreters. The district is also specifically recruiting teachers for autism and emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD), teachers for the visually impaired, and special education facilitators. According to the announcement, the district offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a balanced work calendar.</p><p>Online interview appointments will take place between 8 a.m. and noon EST on Jan. 29.
